2 salmon fillets
1 tbsp of miso paste
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of good quality honey
1 tbsp of grated fresh ginger
Miso paste is often one of those ingredients we use once, slide to the back of the refrigerator and forget about. Why not bring it back to life in this quick and easy marinated salmon recipe.
1. Heat a grill pan.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, miso, honey and ginger.
3. Liberally brush the salmon fillets with the soy mixture.
4. Grill the salmon for 3 minutes on each side or until browned on top and opaque throughout.
5. Serve with fluffy white rice and Asian greens.
