Cherry Tomatoes (Red)
This vegetable - which is actually a berry - is sweet and delightful to taste. It can be used raw in salads, roasted and put into pasta or couscous, blanched for Little Bloody Mary's or used in a tart! It is rich in carotene, dietary fibers, Vitamin C and potassium. And by the way, do not refrigerate cherry tomatoes!
